This Privacy Policy explains how REPIOS, LLC ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit lith.ai (the "Website") or contact us through it. The last section explains how our models handle your data once deployed.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company and job title
- The product you are interested in, and any message you write to us
- The content of any later emails or calls with us
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information in its logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs only to operate and secure the Website.
Cookies and tracking
The Website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers, tracking pixels or social media plugins. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, so visiting the Website does not send your data to third parties such as font or script providers.
How we use your data
- To respond to you: to reply to your request, arrange a demo or pilot, and discuss our products and services.
- To keep in touch: to send you relevant information about our products where the law allows. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
- To run and protect the Website: to keep it working, prevent abuse and investigate security issues.
- To meet legal obligations: where we are required to keep or disclose information by law.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data on the following bases: our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, promoting our products and securing the Website; taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who host the Website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms.

- A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business. We will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep it for as long as our business relationship requires. Server logs are kept for a short period, usually no longer than 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security issue. We may keep information longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Object to or restrict our processing, including for direct marketing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion and correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@repios.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to the Website and restricted access to the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Website links to other sites, such as arXiv. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know.
Security & privacy of our models
This section describes how Host, HostNano and our custom models handle your data once they are deployed. It applies to our products, not to the Website.
Your data stays in your environment
Our models are delivered as files that you install on your own infrastructure: on-premise, in your own cloud account or private network, or on your own servers. Requests, guest information and any other data you process with the models stay inside that environment.
Nothing is sent back to us
The models make no external network calls. They contain no telemetry, usage tracking or "phone home" features. We have no access to your deployment or to the data you process with it, unless you choose to give us access, for example for support.
No third parties in the loop
Because processing happens entirely in your environment, no third-party AI provider or other sub-processor of ours handles your production data.
Predictable and auditable
The models do not generate free text. They choose only from the options you define, and the same input always produces the same output. This makes their behavior straightforward to test, document and audit.
Pilots and sample data
If you share sample data with us for a demo, pilot or custom model, we handle it under a written agreement such as a non-disclosure agreement or data processing agreement. We use it only for the agreed purpose and delete or return it when the work is finished, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Supporting your compliance
Keeping processing inside your own environment helps you meet obligations under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA, and your own data residency requirements. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Website or our products, please email support@repios.com. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.
